ADJUSTABILITY The position of the multipoint fixation platform can alter the effect on areas such as the corner of the mouth, nasolabial folds and cheek projection. Since the platform location can easily be changed, surgeons now have the ability to quickly evaluate the effect of different platform positions during surgery. This will allow you to optimize the desired correction for each patient quickly and simply. This is a significant advance compared to conventional suture which many times would need to be removed and replaced. Additional adjustments of leash tension can also be quickly completed with just a few sutures.
